Thank you for your interest in participating in the DHTGC internship program. Internship applications are reviewed on an individual basis and internships are granted to select individuals who meet certain standards and criteria. All candidates must meet the following criteria:

1. Must be at least 21 years of age
2. Must be currently enrolled in or a graduate of a program related to
   the work of DHT-GC(Marine Biology and similar fields are not applicable)
3. Speak and understand the English language, other languages highly recommended, but not a requirement.
4. Work independently as well as part of a team
5. Be in good physical health with the ability to lift children
6. Be able to work in changing temperatures and weather conditions
7. Have good communication skills
8. Certification in Cardio-Pulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) & First Aid
   is highly recommended
